Why not start with some complementary fabric, wood, or laminate for your client? After all, everyone likes to see and feel befor they buy. Once you are ready to place an order, you will be connected to your personally assigned dedicated trade specialist. They know the details of your project and and are on hand to help with product related questions.
Once your order is received, we’re still with you every step of the way. Your personal customer service representative is there to provide timely updates via email and is there if you need a more detailed overview on production and shipping.
You’ve wooed and won and measured and sourced for that perfect project. The pieces not only have been ordered, but are in and ready for delivery! As a member of the Trade Program at Smart Furniture, we’ve got you with our expert nationwide shipping and freight partnerships. We manage order entry, production, shipping monitoring, sales order and invoice paperwork, item inspections and warehousing, and delivery for you. We can even coordinate with your freight forwarding company, warehouse, or expeditor service.
How do I join the Smart Furniture Trade Program?
We make it super easy to join Smart Furniture’s Trade Program! Whether you need to place order immediately or just be on file for faster access down the road, it’s simple. Simply gather your digital documents for qualification. These can include:
- Current membership with a recognized design organization (e.g ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
- Proof Interior Design Certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
- Valid Business License that identifies the business as based in Interior Design, Architecture or Home Building industries
- Your company website or profile is optional
- If you are opting for Tax Free status, we will need a copy of your tax exemption certificate for each state where merchandise will be delivered.
